TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Wholesale Print Club

Welcome to Wholesale Print Club. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Membership and Fees
  1. Membership Tiers: We offer various membership tiers with different access levels to our services. The membership tiers and associated fees are as follows:

    • Tier 1: $400/year – Up to 10 orders

    • Tier 2: $875/year – Up to 25 orders

    • Tier 3: $1500/year – Up to 50 orders

    • Tier 4: $2500/year – Up to 100 orders

  2. Payment Terms: All membership fees must be paid upfront via e-transfer or cheque. To keep costs low for our members, we do not accept credit cards or Net 30 terms.

  3. Membership Renewal: Memberships are renewed annually. Members will receive a renewal notice 30 days before the expiration of their current membership term. Members are not obligated to renew each year.

  4. Unused Orders: Unused orders are not carried over from year to year; however, you can purchase additional orders on top of your current tier plan.

Services Provided
  1. Print Orders: Members can place print orders up to their membership limit. Each order is subject to the guidelines provided at the time of order placement.

  2. Graphic Design Services: Graphic design services are available at a rate of $125 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments. Design services must be requested and approved before work begins.

  3. Artwork Requirements: Members must submit print-ready artwork that meets our specifications (vector artwork, CMYK colours, proper bleed and dimensions, 300 dpi images, and text converted to outlines or curves).

  4. Order Submission: All orders must be submitted via email, including detailed specifications and quantities.

Quality and Satisfaction
  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: Since we are not printing but purchasing prints on your behalf (print brokering) at our wholesale price, which is shared directly with you as a member of Wholesale Print Club, we will do what we can to either reprint or request a full refund.

  2. Quality Assurance: Each print file will be checked for proper setup before printing. We will notify members if any issues are found and provide options for correction.

  3. Colour Proofing and Matching: Wholesale Print Club is not liable for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not colour or density. While Wholesale Print Club will try its best to match the gradient density of each colour, Wholesale Print Club is not liable for the final appearance of a colour. Stock and coating, especially uncoated stock, may affect or change the appearance of the printed colours. Wholesale Print Club is not liable for the final colour appearance of its products.
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and the completed job is expected and unavoidable and shall constitute an acceptable delivery. Wholesale Print Club will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on materials supplied by the customer; however, Wholesale Print Club does not guarantee colour matching. Occasionally, there may be a misrepresentation of colour due to soft proofing because of the calibration differences between monitors.

  4. Trimming and Folding: While Wholesale Print Club will try its best to trim and fold each job accurately according to the order specs and artwork, it is not liable for up to 0.0625" of trimming and folding variance on each side.

Delivery and Turnaround
  1. Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 10 business days from the time your artwork is approved for printing. Shipping is subject to delivery speed, and most orders are delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. Please note that print run times can be slower at various times of the year, such as holidays, and orders should be submitted months in advance to guarantee delivery.

  2. Rush Orders: Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please get in touch with us directly to arrange expedited services.

  3. Order Timing Advisory: While we strive to meet all turnaround times, please note that there are no guarantees. We recommend placing your order well in advance of the required date. Various factors can affect delivery schedules, so early planning is essential to ensure timely receipt of your order.

Limitations and Restrictions
  1. Order Limits: The number of orders you can place per year is determined by your membership tier. Additional orders beyond your limit can be placed for $30 each.

  2. Design Limitations: We do not provide services for 3D modelling, animation, or extensive custom print designs.

Payment and Refunds
  1. Payment Methods: We accept payments via e-transfer and cheque only. This helps us avoid transaction fees and keep costs low.

  2. Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining membership term. Please note that there are no refunds for purchased print orders. All materials produced by Wholesale Print Club belong to the company and may not be used by the client in any way.

  3. Renewal Policy: Clients who renew for a second year will retain their original purchase rate.

  4. Returns and Refunds: Customers must notify Wholesale Print Club within 7 business days of receiving the order to notify us of any defects discovered in the ordered product, failing which the customer is deemed satisfied with the product.

  5. Overruns and Underruns: Overruns and underruns not exceeding 5% of the quantity ordered shall constitute an acceptable delivery.

User Responsibilities
  1. Accurate Information: Members are responsible for providing accurate information when placing orders and submitting artwork. We are not responsible for any mistakes made by the client.

  2. Compliance with Guidelines: Members must comply with our artwork and submission guidelines to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
